Shipping: I ship ground through the US Postal Office. If you would prefer a different method of shipment and are willing to pay the cost difference, I will be more than happy to ship your package the way you request. Just let me know asap.

Returns & Refunds

Custom orders are non-refundable.

If items are damaged, defective or the wrong item, refunds will be issued.. Please, contact me immediately if there is an issue. I pack and wrap with great care and loads of bubble wrap to avoid any breakage.
